1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with WOWAITECH through our website at wowaitech.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by WOWAITECH (NextGen Online Inc.) (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from WOWAITECH.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

Throughout the Site, we may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Our linking to such third-party sites does not imply an endorsement or sponsorship of such sites or the information, products, or services offered on or through the sites.

The information, products, and services offered on or through the Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless WOWAITECH, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms of Service.

How we bill for our services, and what happens when a payment is late, including reminders, suspension of service, late fees and default, is set out in our Billing, Invoicing & Collections Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products and services from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of these products and services. If you make a purchase from a third party linked through the Site, the information obtained during your visit, including payment information, may be collected by both the merchant and us.

Your participation in any dealings with third-party vendors is solely between you and the third party. WOWAITECH shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

Services and plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing charges ten times the monthly price once a year, so two months are free. It is paid upfront for the year and has no free trial. It counts as a 12-month commitment, so the setup fee is waived. Cancelling an annual subscription stops its next renewal: the service keeps running to the end of the year you paid for, and the unused months are not refunded.

Monthly services and plans, bundles included, can be bought month to month with the full setup fee, with a 3-month commitment that takes 50% off the setup fee, or with a 12-month commitment that waives it. One commitment covers every service in the order. The commitment starts on the first charge, which is the end of the free trial when the order starts with one, and the setup discount applies to that first charge. When the commitment ends the subscription continues month to month, with no renewal notice and no further commitment. You may cancel at any time. Cancelling before the commitment ends charges back the setup discount you received as an early-cancellation fee: half the setup fee for a 3-month commitment and the full setup fee for a 12-month commitment. The fee is billed on its own invoice to your card on file when you cancel, the service keeps running to the end of the period already paid for, and paying the fee settles the commitment. Cancelling during a free trial, or once the commitment has ended, costs nothing.

AI SEO plans have a 3-month minimum term, then run month to month. A cancellation made during the first 3 months is accepted but takes effect at the end of the third month, and nothing beyond the regular monthly fees is charged; after that, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. An AI SEO plan can instead be paid 6 months upfront at 10% off, with the setup fee waived. This discount does not combine with other discounts or promo codes. Cancelling a 6-month plan stops its next renewal: the plan runs to the end of the 6 months paid for, the unused months are not refunded, and the waived setup fee is not charged.

Voice services include a monthly allowance of voice minutes, shown on each service's store page. Minutes past the allowance are billed at $0.25 per minute. On a monthly subscription the overage is a separate line on the next monthly invoice of that service's subscription. On an annual subscription minutes are counted month by month, and each month's overage is billed on its own invoice shortly after that month ends, charged to the saved payment method; a failed overage charge does not pause or cancel the annual subscription. Minutes are counted per billing period: the total length of the period's calls is rounded up to the next whole minute once per period, not per call. Overage during a free trial is billed when the trial converts. A subscription cancelled before a period's overage is billed is not charged for that overage. Your Dashboard shows the projected overage for the current period before it is billed. The voice lines of a bundle share its pooled minutes, and minutes past the pool are billed once for the bundle, on the same schedule as the bundle's subscription.

A bundle includes the automations you pick from the store when you check out, up to the number and the voice lines its plan states and never more than 100; each pick is set up as its own service. A bundle is bought on its own, one per order. You may swap a picked automation for another, or add one while the bundle has room, at any time while the bundle's subscription is active or in its trial: the automation you swap out stops straight away, the new one starts its own setup (an automation you swap back in returns with the setup it had), and the monthly price stays the same. The voice minutes a bundle includes are shared across all of its voice lines. A bundle's one-time setup fee is charged at checkout, or, when the bundle starts with a free trial, on the first charge after the trial ends; cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at support@wowaitech.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, in which WOWAITECH operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the effective date.
