Billing, Invoicing & Collections Policy
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
This policy explains how NextGen Online Inc, doing business as WOWAITECH, bills for its services and what happens when a payment is late. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every plan, subscription, setup fee and one-time purchase.
1. Invoices and payment
Subscriptions are charged automatically to the card on file at the start of each billing period. One-time purchases and setup fees are charged when you check out, or on your first invoice when a free trial ends. Every invoice is emailed to you and can be paid online from the link in the email or from Billing in your dashboard.
2. When a payment fails
If a payment does not go through, our card processor retries it automatically, and we follow this schedule, counted from the day the payment first failed:
- Day 0: The payment fails. We email you a link to pay. Your automations keep running.
- Day 3: A friendly reminder.
- Day 7: A second reminder.
- Day 14: A formal past-due notice.
- Day 21: Your automations are paused until the balance is paid.
- Day 30: A final notice, and the first late fee is added.
- Day 45: Your account is in default.
Paying the balance at any point stops the schedule. Paused automations start again automatically as soon as the payment goes through.
3. Late fees
A balance still unpaid 30 days after the payment first failed incurs a late fee of 1.5% of the overdue amount, and another 1.5% every 30 days after that while it remains unpaid. Late fees are invoiced separately. We may waive them at our discretion.
4. Default
A balance still unpaid 45 days after the payment first failed puts the account in default. Your automations stay paused until the balance is paid, and we decide on the next steps for the account.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Online Commerce section of our Terms of Service.
6. Questions about an invoice
If an invoice looks wrong, or you need more time to pay, email support@wowaitech.com before it becomes overdue and we will work it out with you.
